We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. Because Water Oak only started building in 2013, most of the slabs we grind here are still well inside their working life. We still test every one before committing to a system rather than assuming a recent build date means fully cured.

• Water Oak dates back to 2013 on the South San Gabriel River about 20 minutes north of Austin, a 755-acre master plan where 360 acres, nearly half the property, were deliberately left undeveloped as natural preserve, built by Wilshire Homes and Chesmar Homes.
• The community was designed around a conservation philosophy that encourages neighbors to interact with the land, with miles of interconnected trails and limited-access preserves rather than a standard cleared subdivision layout.
• Because nearly half of Water Oak's acreage stays undeveloped, a lot of home sites here back directly onto natural, unmanaged land, which changes drainage and root exposure compared to a fully cleared Georgetown subdivision.
