We are not a roll-and-go crew. We prep the concrete mechanically, use commercial-grade resins, and walk the finished floor with you before we call it done. Every original Amberwood slab is now sixteen to twenty three years old, right at the point where a builder-grade coating is failing at the tire line but the concrete underneath is usually still sound. We grind off the failing coating rather than replace the slab.

• Amberwood originated in 2002 with its 618 single-family homes built out between 2003 and 2009 by Lennar and Gehan Homes, positioned right next to Interstate 35 for easy access to retail and daily errands.
